We ensure a quality environment in which a professional team of highly skilled academicians provide a broad based educational experience which acknowledges both the need of society and potential of the child to contribute according to his/her own strengths and interests.
Meaningful Learning Environment- The secondary educational program is taught in a meaningful milieu in subject based classrooms. Classrooms are therefore assigned to subjects and their interiors are subject specific. Thus, the teachers have, immediately at hand, plenty of interest-generating teaching aids, ranging from maps, charts and illustrations to computer software, books and models. These classrooms themselves, consequent to the ambience created with subject specific displays, exhibits, books etc. serve to generate added student interest in respective subjects and enhance academic motivation.
Activity Based Learning- One of the important aspects of a truly good education. Particularly at the primary & middle school level, is that learning must be activity oriented, with plenty of practical work and provision for concrete learning experience, rather than mere bookish learning. Therefore, all academic facility interiors have been meticulously planned to allow plenty of individual activities and project work.
House- The students are distributed among four houses. Each house is headed by a house captain, House vice captain and prefects. The teachers are distributed among four houses as house tutors. Inter house competition are organized in the discipline like sports, music, Debates, Quizzes Fancy dress, Elocution and so on. The house names are allotted on the name of rivers of Salwan family, Yamuna (Red) Krishna (Blue) Narmada (Green) Ganga (Yellow).
Counseling- All children want to get the most out of their courses and life at school, but there may well be times when other concerns interfere with that aim. Arrangements have been made to offer personalized counseling to children should they feel the need through issues at such times can help identify and resolve matters before they become crisis.
Science Periods- Unlike most schools, where students visit the laboratories only once or twice a week when they have practicals, here most Science classes are conducted in teaching laboratories. In addition to Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Geography laboratory where each child can strengthen individual speaking skills.
Festivals- Festivals are frequently observed by all the children irrespective of caste and creeds. Dussehra, Diwali, Holi, Janmashtami, Guru Parv, E-Id are celebrated by staff and students by equal aplomb.
